Managing Pseudoexfoliation During Manual Small-Incision Cataract Surgery

This article discusses the prevalence of psuedoexfoliation syndrome (PXF) in various parts of the world. The high incidence of PXF in people with cataracts may reflect the tendency of individuals with PXF to develop cataracts. The article also outlines some useful tips on how to manage PXF while performing Manual Small Incision Cataract Surgery (MSICS).
